Qualifications

• 5 years aquatic building experience in the concrete field.
• Must travel to the jobsite(s) as assigned.
• Ability to lift, carry, push or pull up to 75 pounds.
• Driver's license and clean motor vehicle record.
• Experience reading plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors, material, and equipment on site.
• Schedule and monitor progress to meet timelines and budget.
• Lead self-perform crews including carpenters and laborers.
• Perform quality control and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain daily jobsite logs and attend coordination meetings.
• Identify issues and communicate resolutions to the project team.
