Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction or foreman experience.
• Strong communication and management skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to the construction project and supervise daily foreman and crew work.
• Promote and comply with safety policies and procedures.
• Directly supervise and coordinate daily activities of Foreman and/or more than one crew.
• Work with client to keep the project on schedule and under budget.
• Plan ahead and order necessary materials or equipment to maintain crew productivity.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and verify quantities and condition on arrival.
• Read specifications, blueprints, addendums and change orders; track changes to work plans.
• Lead and manage performance to meet tight deadlines and production goals.
• Document change orders and maintain accurate reports and paperwork.
