Yellowstone Local is seeking a Concrete Project Manager in Alvarado, TX to lead commercial concrete projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage multiple projects, develop budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts, and coordinate with field teams, vendors, and inspectors across the DFW area.

Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years of PM experience in concrete, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with Excel and construction management software.

Formación

• 2–3+ years as a Project Manager in commercial concrete construction.
• Experience managing concrete scopes like foundations, slabs, tilt-wall, and site concrete.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organization.
• Proficiency with Excel and construction management software.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee commercial concrete projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage multiple projects based on size and complexity.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, production timelines, and forecasts.
• Coordinate field superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, contracts, and change orders.
• Procure materials and coordinate deliveries to keep production on track.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor safety, quality, and schedule.
