Job summary

Rinker Materials in Green Cove Springs, FL seeks a Production Supervisor to lead daily concrete production for box culvert, pre-stress, pipe and wet cast. You will schedule work, supervise the plant team, enforce safety protocols and coordinate with maintenance and procurement to meet specs and customer expectations.

You will mentor staff, drive continuous improvement, and ensure reliable operations across shifts while maintaining quality and productivity.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• 3-5 years’ supervisory experience in construction or concrete industries.
• Knowledge of production management, safety protocols, and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations, ensuring efficient concrete production and meeting schedules.
• Monitor equipment maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Coordinate raw material deliveries and manage inventory.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
