Responsibilities

• Lead worker and assistant supervisor coordinating concrete work and training crews on equipment usage.
• Prepare estimates and orders for concrete work and manage related inventory and equipment.
• Oversee safety, enforce PPE usage, and ensure compliance with county policies.
• Coordinate daily assignments and assist in snow removal and traffic control planning.
