Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Concrete Foreman in Smyrna, TN, to oversee a concrete crew of up to five workers. You will manage framing, pours, and finishing on active job sites, coordinating with the superintendent and ensuring safety and schedule adherence.

The position requires at least 5 years of supervisory experience in concrete work, bilingual communication, and the ability to drive projects to completion in a fast-paced field environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a concrete crew.
• Experience leading a crew of about five on site.
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities to motivate a crew.
• Extensive hands-on concrete experience including framing, pours, and finishing.
• Ability to create, adjust, and manage project schedules for concrete activities.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed project schedules for framing, pours, and finishing.
• Lead a crew of up to five workers with clear daily guidance.
• Conduct morning meetings to review goals and safety expectations.
• Coordinate field activities with the superintendent to keep projects on track.
• Order materials and manage inventory to avoid delays.
• Submit daily or regular progress reports and document issues.
• Enforce safety procedures on active job sites.
• Oversee concrete work including installation, finishing, and related tasks.
• Maintain high quality standards for all concrete work.
