Job summary

Finley Asphalt & Sealing is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and manage our concrete crews on construction sites. You will supervise finishers and laborers, read blueprints, coordinate tasks, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion.

The role requires hands-on concrete experience, strong leadership, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans. Travel may be required; lifting up to 50 pounds is necessary.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on concrete experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and interpret construction documents.
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Physically able to walk job sites and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise concrete crews, including finishers and laborers.
• Coordinate daily tasks and assign work based on project needs.
• Ensure proper placement, leveling, finishing, and curing of concrete.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specs.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on site per OSHA and company policies.
• Monitor progress and report status to Superintendent or PM.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly and ensure a clean, organized site.
