• 3+ years of concrete construction experience; foreman/lead role preferred.
• Experience leading concrete crews of 5+ employees.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, specs, and project plans.
• Coordinate crews, equipment, materials, and daily work activities.
• Experience on commercial, residential, or agricultural concrete projects.
• Strong safety practices and OSHA knowledge.
