Job summary

Jobot in Dyersville, IA seeks a Concrete Foreman to lead concrete crews on commercial, residential, and agricultural projects. You will oversee placement, forming, reinforcing, and finishing, reading blueprints, coordinating labor, equipment, and materials, and ensuring safety and schedule compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in concrete construction with foreman experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in concrete construction, with foreman/lead experience preferred.
• Experience leading concrete crews of 5+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of concrete placement, forming, reinforcing, finishing.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and project plans.
• Coordinate crews, equipment, materials, and daily work activities.
• Experience on commercial, residential, and/or agricultural projects.
• Maintain project schedules while ensuring quality and productivity standards.
• Strong understanding of construction safety practices and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to document labor, equipment hours, materials, and daily production.
• Strong communication and leadership to motivate and manage a field crew.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ pounds as needed.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Familiarity with Trimble, Leica, total stations, or similar construction technology is a plus.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen.

Job Details
