Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of concrete construction experience, with foreman or lead exposure.
• Experience directing concrete crews of 5+ workers.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, specs and project plans.
• Strong knowledge of concrete placement, forming, reinforcing, finishing.

Responsibilities

• Lead concrete crews on commercial, residential and agricultural projects.
• Coordinate crews, equipment, materials, and daily work activities; manage schedules.
• Maintain quality and productivity while enforcing safety standards on site.
• Document labor hours, equipment usage and daily production.
