Jobot is seeking a Concrete Foreman in Kansas City, KS to lead concrete crews on a range of commercial, residential, and agricultural projects. The role requires coordinating crews, equipment, and materials while maintaining schedules and safety.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of concrete experience with foreman exposure, and strong blueprint reading and safety knowledge. This on-site role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of concrete construction experience, with foreman or lead exposure.
• Experience directing concrete crews of 5+ workers.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, specs and project plans.
• Strong knowledge of concrete placement, forming, reinforcing, finishing.

Responsabilités

• Lead concrete crews on commercial, residential and agricultural projects.
• Coordinate crews, equipment, materials, and daily work activities; manage schedules.
• Maintain quality and productivity while enforcing safety standards on site.
• Document labor hours, equipment usage and daily production.
