Job summary

Keeley Companies is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead structural concrete operations on major infrastructure projects in the Fort Worth area. You will oversee field crews, coordinate with surveyors, and ensure that work progresses to schedule while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of concrete operations experience (slab on grade, walls, elevated slabs).
• Ability to read site plans and calculate quantities.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Equipment operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret site plans, grades, and elevations.
• Manage crew productivity and equipment utilization.
• Coordinate with surveyors for grade checking and layout.
• Maintain daily production reports and quantity tracking.
• Lead safety meetings and maintain safe working conditions.
• Coordinate with other trades and utilities on site.
