5+ years of heavy civil concrete experience with supervisory responsibility.
Experience constructing municipal water and wastewater facilities.
Strong knowledge of cast-in-place concrete methods, formwork, reinforcing steel, embeds, and water-retaining structures.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Experience coordinating multiple crews and subcontractors.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
First Aid/CPR certification preferred.

Lead and supervise concrete crews performing formwork, reinforcing steel coordination, concrete placement, and finishing activities.
Plan and coordinate daily work activities to meet production goals and project schedules.
Read and interpret drawings and specs to ensure correct installation.
Coordinate with superintendents, project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and other trades to maintain workflow.
Oversee water/wastewater structures including clarifiers, aeration basins, digesters, pump stations, wet wells, valve vaults, headworks, and tanks.
Verify layout, elevations, dimensions, and alignment before concrete placement.
Ensure proper installation of formwork, embeds, waterstops, anchor bolts, sleeves, and other cast-in-place components.
Monitor placement activities for quality, consolidation, finishing, curing, and compliance with specs.
Conduct daily safety meetings and promote OSHA-compliant safety culture.
Identify and resolve field issues to minimize schedule impacts and rework.
Coordinate equipment, tools, deliveries, and manpower to support planned work.
Mentor and develop carpenters, laborers, and other craft employees.
Maintain daily reports, production records, and quality documentation.
Participate in project planning meetings and short-interval scheduling.
