Qualifications

• Experience as a Concrete Foreman leading a crew on commercial and civil projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a concrete crew on projects.
• Read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specs.
• Plan daily work activities and assign tasks.
• Coordinate with project managers and superintendents.
• Layout concrete work using surveying and measuring techniques.
• Oversee excavation, subgrade, forming, steel placement, and concrete placement.
• Ensure proper finishing and curing procedures.
• Operate equipment when necessary (skid steers, excavators, loaders, forklifts).
• Inspect work to meet specs and quality standards.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Train, mentor, and motivate crew members.
• Complete daily reports and communicate progress.
