Qualifications

• Must have previous concrete finisher foreman experience.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints or construction plans.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Proven knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise finishing crew.
• Coordinate and schedule daily work activities, ensuring that the crew meets project deadlines and milestones.
• Supervise the pour, level, and finishing of concrete for various projects, including driveways, sidewalks and foundations.
• Supervise the setting of forms and monitor alignment, depth, and angle before pouring concrete.
• Work with a team to meet deadlines and maintain safety standards on all job sites.
• Inspect finished surfaces for imperfections and correct as needed.
• Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
