BCI Construction INC is seeking an experienced concrete foreman to form, place and finish concrete from footing to flatwork. You will lead crews, mentor teammates, and collaborate with field leadership to meet project specifications and safety standards on site in Minnesota.
Responsibilities include preparing surfaces, establishing elevations, forming, pouring and finishing per plans, and performing QA/QC to ensure quality workmanship. Occasional light carpentry and demolition may be required.

Wage: $30 per hour and up, depending on experience
This roleis responsible forforming, placing, & finishing concretein both footing / foundation to flatworks scopes. This role will collaborate with all members of the project team, vendors, andothersubcontractors to accurately define the project’s needs. The end goal is to ensure projects are delivered successfully on time& with high quality. Working hours range, depending on the project, but typically start at 6:00am or 7:00am. A typical work week is Monday through Friday but may vary depending on current projects. On “pour days” your end time will fluctuate.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:Construction sites arerelatively uniquesituationsregardingtypical work conditions. Workers are exposed tocold weatherconditions, hot weather conditions, non-level ground, moving mechanical equipment or other workers, high spaces, low spaces, fumes, airborne particles, exposure to shock, etc. Strict policies and in place for these differing conditions, but employees must adhere to safety policies to protect them against negative impacts of such exposures.
