Job summary

Baker Construction is seeking a Finisher Foreman to supervise concrete placement, finishing and curing on site. You will direct assigned personnel, decide delegation, and may drive Baker vehicles in compliance with company and DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in concrete mix designs and effects of its usage.
• Strong knowledge of finishing and curing processes.
• Experience supervising crew and training personnel.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and executes concrete placement.
• Provides direction for crew and ensures safety on site.
• Ensures compliance with company and DOT regulations.
• Acts as lead trainer and motivator for the crew.
