Job summary

Baker Concrete Construction, Inc is seeking a Finisher Foreman to lead concrete placement, finishing, and curing. You will supervise the crew, determine delegation and execution of work, and may drive company vehicles in a safe, compliant manner as part of a SQP-focused team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years related experience and/or training.
• Proficient in concrete mix designs and effects of its usage.
• ACI Flatwork Finisher Certification.

Summary

The Finisher Foreman is responsible for assigned facets of concrete placement, finishing and curing. Provides direction and supervision to assigned personnel and determines when to delegate or actually perform the work. May be required to drive Baker vehicles and must comply with Company and DOT regulations. The Finisher Foreman is the lead trainer and motivator for his crew.
