Diamond Concrete Sawing, a leading Midwest concrete sawing and cutting company, is hiring Experienced Concrete Sawing Operators for full-time, year-round work on challenging commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. As part of our crew, you’ll perform concrete cutting, core drilling, wall sawing, and slab sawing while operating and maintaining saws and drills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in concrete sawing, cutting, or drilling.
• Strong safety mindset and job-site awareness.
• Able to work independently and take ownership; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform concrete cutting, core drilling, wall sawing, and slab sawing
• Operate and maintain saws, drills, and specialty equipment
• Work on road, bridge, and structural cutting projects
• Read job specs and execute work safely and efficiently
• Lead or support crew operations on active job sites
