Qualifications

• Ability to mentor trainees and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Demolish concrete using saws and drills with skilled accuracy.
• Inspect, maintain, and safely operate equipment and vehicles.
• Enter hours and notes via tablet/phone app daily.
• Mentor and guide trainees to improve skills and safety.
• Coordinate tasks with team to meet project goals.
• Travel to job sites and adapt to varying weather conditions.
