Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license with clean record and insurability for company vehicles.
• Experience in labor roles, construction or demolition a plus.
• Familiarity with concrete cutting tools and heavy equipment preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cutting, sawing, lifting, and core drilling under supervision.
• Operate and maintain company equipment and tools (diamond blades, saws, drills, jackhammers).
• Ensure equipment is inspected, maintained, and secure, and keep work areas clean.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe site and environment.
• Support setup and breakdown of job sites and organize equipment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors for project success.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
