Job summary

Structure Cast is seeking a Concrete and Aggregate Laboratory Manager to oversee operations in our AASHTO-accredited facility in Bakersfield, California. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in materials testing, with supervisory experience in a laboratory environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Materials Science preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete and/or aggregate materials testing.
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the concrete and aggregate testing laboratory.
• Ensure compliance with AASHTO accreditation requirements.
• Manage procurement of laboratory supplies and equipment.
