Job description

Lead Concierge

We are seeking a Lead Concierge to oversee the concierge team, acting as a leader by maintaining professionalism at all times and supervising the day-to-day operations to ensure task completion. The role involves acting as the direct liaison between the General Manager, Membership team, and Concierge team.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Distributing and monitoring the execution of tasks assigned by management.
  2. Providing training for new hires and ongoing development for the concierge team.
  3. Identifying new tasks for the team during slower hours.
  4. Managing inventory levels for supplies and equipment.
  5. Monitoring usage of cell phones, personal work, and conversations.
  6. Reporting issues to leadership.
  7. Staffing responsibilities, including participating in interviews for new team members.
  8. Creating and managing the concierge team schedule, monitoring breaks, tardiness, overtime, and uniform compliance.
  9. Checking in with team members upon arrival to ensure they are informed.
  10. Attending BEO, Marketing, and Membership meetings and relaying relevant information to the team.
  11. Monitoring incoming and outgoing emails.
  12. Handling customer service escalations from the concierge team.
