Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Customer Experience Manager - Concierge Desk to lead a licensed team in a high-velocity, customer-first environment. You’ll guide a group of registered representatives serving active traders, with in-person attendance required at our Denver, CO or Westlake, TX offices.

Expect nights/weekends as needed, and a focus on asset growth, regulatory compliance, and top-tier service for complex inquiries. Base pay varies by zone and location, with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7, 63 and 24 or 9/10 licenses are required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years experience in customer-facing operations, either at a startup or broker-dealer.
• 4+ years experience managing customer-facing teams, preferably with sales/advisory work.

Responsibilities

• Lead 12-15 licensed Concierge Desk team members to deliver outstanding results.
• Develop agents to be proficient in value-added conversations and proactive up-selling.
• Coach and mentor the team to achieve asset growth metrics and high quality standards.
• Provide service in a live-support, proactive outreach environment.
• Foster a culture of professionalism, customer advocacy, and regulatory compliance.
