Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Customer Experience Manager - Concierge Desk to lead a team of licensed Concierge Desk professionals in Denver, CO or Westlake, TX. You’ll drive exceptional service, guide agents in proactive outreach, and collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Operations to resolve complex issues.

Role requires FINRA licenses, a 4+ year track record in customer-facing ops and team leadership, and a commitment to an in-person, high-performance workplace.

Qualifications

• FINRA licenses required for role.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years in customer-facing operations.
• 4+ years experience managing customer-facing teams.
• Strong management toolkit and professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead 12–15 licensed Concierge Desk team members to deliver outstanding results.
• Develop agents in value-added conversations and proactive up-selling.
• Coach and mentor your team to achieve asset growth metrics and high-quality standards.
• Provide service in a live-support, proactive outreach environment.
• Collaborate with Middle-Office, Back-Office, Risk and Compliance teams.
• Identify recurring customer inquiries to help engineers fix root causes.
