Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) seeks a Lead Concierge to greet residents, families, and guests, provide valet parking, and deliver a high-touch, welcoming experience as part of the community leadership team. Role emphasizes operational support, coordination of transportation, event setup, safety, and training of new Concierges.

Candidates should be 21+, have a valid driver’s license, good communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; shifts Tue–Sat 7:00am–3:30pm; food handler

Qualifications

  • 21+ with valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work Tue-Sat 7:00am–3:30pm
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Previous customer service experience and professional appearance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable and flexible to shifting priorities; willing to assist in various areas
  • Team-oriented with proactive approach and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the local community preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests and staff
  • Must meet local alcohol service requirements and obtain food handler permits within two weeks of hire

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, families and guests; provide valet parking; ensure excellent phone service
  • Coordinate transportation, maintain records, manage guest-suite reservations, assist with room-service and dining during peak times
  • Attend team meetings and train new Concierges; provide leadership coverage when Managers are unavailable
  • Respond to emergencies, monitor call systems, coordinate with emergency services, and guide residents during severe weather
  • Maintain cleanliness in common areas and secure exterior doors
  • Welcome new residents and guide orientation process

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an elevated first impressionby greeting residents, families, and guests; providing valet parking services; offering excellent phone service; andanticipatingneeds to create a seamless, high‑touch experience throughout the community.
  • Enhance daily operationsby coordinating transportation,maintainingaccuraterecords, managing guest‑suite reservations,assistingwith room‑service requests, supporting dining during peak times, event set-up, and delivering responsible alcohol service.
  • Take an active leadership roleby attending team meetings, collaborating to enhance resident experiences, and supporting key community initiatives. Manageofficesupplyinventory.Serve as a training partner for new Concierges on later shifts and provide leadership coverage when Managers areunavailable.
  • Ensure resident safetyby responding quickly to emergencies,monitoringcall systems, coordinating with emergency services, and guiding residents through emergency proceduresand severe weather situations.
  • Maintain cleanlinessincommon areasand ensure building security by locking and unlocking exterior doors at designated times.
  • Welcome new residentsand guide them through the orientation process for a smooth transition into the community.
