Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a 2nd Shift Concierge to greet residents, families, and guests at the front desk and support wherever needed. You will be on your feet providing hands-on assistance and serving as the primary contact for residents and visitors during the 3:00pm–11:30pm shift.

Responsibilities include answering calls, coordinating transportation, monitoring safety systems, and assisting with room service and events.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to work Thursday–Monday, 3:00pm–11:30pm.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Previous customer service experience and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive first impression by valet parking residents and visitors.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting residents, families, and visitors and answering calls.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and monitor resident call systems.
• Oversee building safety systems and follow emergency procedures.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling transportation and maintaining records.
• Support community operations including room service requests and event setup.
• Maintain cleanliness and secure exterior doors at designated times.
• Welcome new residents and guide them through orientation.

About the Role

As the 2ndShift Concierge,you’llbe the welcoming face of our community,the first to greet residents, families, and guests, and the first to answer the phone. WhatWe’reLooking For

• Adaptable and flexible to shifting priorities; willing toassistin various areas.
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach and attention to detail; reliable in completing tasks accurately and on time.
• Knowledge of the local community,preferred.
• Intermediateproficiencyin Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and staff.
• Must meet local alcohol service requirements and obtain food handler permits within two(2)weeks of hire.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a positive first impressionby performing valet parking services for residents and visitors.
• Deliver outstanding customer serviceby greeting residents, families, and visitors, answering calls, andanticipatingthe needs of residents, guests, and vendors.
• Respond promptly to emergencies,monitorresident call systems, and contact emergency services when necessary.
• Oversee building safety systems,including firealarms;follow emergency procedures andassistresidents during fires or severe weather.
• Handle administrative taskssuch as scheduling transportation,maintainingaccuraterecords, coordinating guest suite reservations, and ensuring suites meet RLC standards.
• Support community operationsbyassistingwith room service requests, dining room coverage during peak times, event setup, and responsible alcohol service.
• Maintain cleanlinessincommon areasand ensure building security by locking and unlocking exterior doors at designated times.
• Welcome new residentsand guide them through the orientation process for a smooth transition into the community.
• Manage office supplies,resident documents, and menus; perform clerical duties as assigned.
