• Strong programming and reproducible research practices in Python, R, Bash, and workflow systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement computational workflows for genome-resolved metagenomic and population-genomic analyses.
• Manage and curate large-scale DNA/RNA omics datasets and associated workflows.
• Interpret and communicate results; contribute to grant proposals and manuscripts.
• Coordinate laboratory activities and provide guidance to students and researchers.
