Qualifications

• Ph.D. in a quantitative field with disease biology expertise.
• 2+ years of hands-on post-graduate industry experience with computational biology in preclinical or translational settings.
• Experience applying computational biology to single-cell transcriptomic data.
• Experience integrating multiple biological data layers (e.g., proteomics, genetics).
• Ability to standardize analytical workflows across a team.

Responsibilities

• Define and standardize analytical frameworks for perturbation data.
• Lead forward screen planning with disease-area experts.
• Develop and deploy interpretable modeling methods and QC criteria.
• Collaborate with wet-lab teams to ensure robust conclusions.
• Mentor junior computational candidates and drive high-agency work.
