You will apply machine learning, protein language models, and translational modeling to predict and mitigate ADA and immune liabilities, guiding teams across development stages. In this role you will define strategy, build fit-for-purpose capabilities, and lead a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• PhD with 8+ years in computational biology or related field.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and projects.
• Strong track record in immunogenicity, ADA or translational biology.

Responsibilities

• Define scientific strategy for AI-enabled immunogenicity across biologics.
• Lead cross-functional programs with Discovery, Protein Sciences and Clinical teams.
• Develop scalable computational capabilities and data pipelines.
• Communicate complex model results to executives.
