Qualifications

• Experience handling high-complexity matters; first chair jury trial experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Litigates high-complexity and exposure cases to full resolution via trial or settlement.
• Prepares pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs.
• Acts as lead attorney at hearings, conferences, interviews, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Develops strategies for thorough trial preparation.
• Mentions knowledge of legal precedents to analyze case outcomes.
• Provides guidance to ensure regulatory compliance and industry standards.
• Supervises attorneys assisting in cases and mentors junior colleagues.
