Job summary

Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School is seeking a fellowship-trained, board-eligible or board-certified Complex Benign and Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon to join the newly established Division of Complex and Minimally Invasive Gynecological Surgery (CMIGS).

This is a full-time, open-rank academic position within a growing program serving as a regional referral center for complex gynecologic conditions.

Qualifications

• Fellowship training in complex benign and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.
• Board certification or eligibility in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Expertise in advanced minimally invasive techniques (laparoscopic/robotic).

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced minimally invasive gynecologic surgical care for complex benign conditions.
• Engage in education of medical students and OB/GYN residents through clinical teaching.
• Collaborate on quality improvement initiatives within gynecologic surgery.
• Contribute to clinical or translational research aligned with Division priorities.
• Support development of formal referral programs and interdisciplinary partnerships.
