ENMRSH, Inc. seeks a supervisor to provide daily oversight of direct care staff and supports for individuals receiving Customized Community Supports and In-Home services in Clovis, NM.

The role ensures adherence to agency policies, DDW and SGF standards, and promotes client outcomes through effective plan implementation. Candidates should have at least 3 years of supervisory experience or a related degree, with a valid driver's license and ability to pass screenings.

Competenze

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English well.
• Must have intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience or a related degree as substitute for experience

Mansioni

• Provide daily supervision to direct care staff and supports for individuals receiving Customized Community Supports and Customized In-Home Supports.
• Ensure staff implement individual service plans and strategies to achieve client outcomes.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations and coordinate events and recreational outings.

Formazione
