Job summary

Southcentral Foundation (SCF) seeks a Supervisor of Community Resource Specialist to oversee the CRS team within the Medical Services Division in Anchorage, AK. You will mentor staff, coordinate workload, and partner with clinic teams, customer-owners, and local resources to deliver comprehensive supports.

The role requires a master’s degree in a relevant field and at least one year of CRS experience, plus a valid Alaska driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in relevant field or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as CRS or similar.
• Valid Alaska driver’s license with appropriate DMV requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CRS day-to-day operations within MSD.
• Mentor and coordinate CRS output and align with clinic staff and resources.
• Coordinate with Federal, State, Local programs and social resources.

Education

Master's degree in Counseling, Education, Marriage Family Therapy, Psychology or Social Work

One year of demonstrated experience as Community Resource Specialist or similar
