Job summary

Southcentral Foundation (SCF) seeks a Supervisor of Community Resource Specialist to lead CRS teams within the Medical Services Division. The role focuses on mentoring, coordinating, and enhancing care coordination with clinics, customer-owners, and social resources to improve outcomes.

The incumbent will apply person-centered planning, manage caseloads, and support growth through reflective feedback and collaboration with the community, ensuring culturally informed services for Alaska Native

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Education, Marriage Family Therapy, Psychology or Social Work, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least 1 year of demonstrated experience as Community Resource Specialist or similar.
• Valid Alaska driver’s license and the ability to meet SCF driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of Community Resource Specialists within the Medical Services Division.
• Mentor and coordinate CRS work, optimize results, and collaborate with clinic staff, customer-owners, and social resource sources.
• Provide ongoing caseload support and apply person-centered planning and support strategies.
