TEXAS TOOL BELT LLC in Houston seeks a Lead Canvass Supervisor to direct a team of canvassers on daily field operations, ensuring routes are covered and goals met. You will run morning launches with the County Canvass Manager, provide real-time coaching, and track performance to optimize results.

This role requires strong communication, problem-solving in the field, and the ability to step in to cover routes as needed. Training and uniforms are provided where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of canvassers during daily field shifts, ensuring routes are covered and goals are met.
• Conduct morning launch (staff check-in, route assignment, daily goals) with the County Canvass Manager.
• Monitor canvasser pace and performance; provide real-time coaching.
• Report daily door-count results, issues, and canvasser attendance to the County Canvass Manager.
• Relay supply needs (literature, clipboards, ponchos, etc.) to the County Canvass Manager.
• Flag canvasser performance or conduct concerns promptly.
• Troubleshoot canvasser questions or field issues on the spot.
• Step in to cover routes or support canvassers as needed.

Position Summary

The Lead works directly under the County Canvass Manager, supervising a group of canvassers during daily field operations. This role ensures canvassers hit door-count goals, stay on assigned turf/routes, and have the support they need throughout the shift — serving as the County Canvass Manager's right hand in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Field Supervision

• Lead a team of canvassers during daily field shifts, ensuring routes are covered and goals are met
• Conduct morning launch (staff check-in, route assignment, daily goals) alongside the County Canvass Manager
• Monitor canvasser pace and performance throughout the shift; provide real-time coaching

Communication & Reporting

• Report daily door-count results, issues, and canvasser attendance to the County Canvass Manager
• Relay supply needs (literature, clipboards, ponchos, etc.) up to the County Canvass Manager
• Flag canvasser performance or conduct concerns promptly

Support & Problem-Solving

• Troubleshoot canvasser questions or field issues on the spot
• Step in to cover routes or support canvassers as needed
