Job summary

KETTLER is hiring a Community Manager for Colonial Village West Apartments and Key Boulevard in Arlington, VA. The role reports to the Regional Manager and oversees all aspects of apartment community operations.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive annual compensation of $92,139.68. The candidate will lead on-site staff, ensure financial performance, and drive resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in the property management field.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
• Demonstrated leadership and successful leasing process experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing administration of property operations and leasing office.
• Monitoring the financial operations and achieving budgeted NOI.
• Providing a quality living environment for residents and positive work environment for team members.
• Hiring and supervising all on-site staff, including maintenance staff.
• Ensuring that all apartments and property grounds are maintained at company standards.
• Ensuring rent is collected in a timely manner and handling delinquencies.
• Contributing to leasing benchmarks and resident retention.
• Supporting outreach initiatives that market the property.
• Lead by example to maintain a high-performing, customer-focused team.
• Contribute to resident satisfaction and achievement of property goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
