Job summary

KETTLER is seeking a Community Manager for Atworth in College Park, MD. This role oversees all apartment operations, leasing, and resident services, under the Regional Manager.

The compensation is $95,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to learn and grow within a well-established property management company.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in property management, supervisory experience, and strong leadership and financial skills; weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in property management.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Computer Proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and proven track record with leasing.
• Strong affordable housing and lease-up experience.
• Must be able to work on weekends.
• Experience with property management software.
• Must be able to walk apartments and grounds, including stairs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with residents and customers.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and P&L management.
• Knowledge of Landlord-Tenant Laws and Fair Housing related issues.
• Experience with unit and common area renovations.

The Community Manager, under the direction of the Regional Manager, is responsible for providing excellent customer service and coordinating all aspects of apartment community operations.

Compensation: $95,000.00/annually

Responsibilities

• Managing administration of property operations and leasing office.
