Arlington Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead a vibrant apartment community in Tuscaloosa, AL. You will manage leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and a onsite team, while driving occupancy and revenue with strategic oversight.

You’ll hire and coach staff, manage budgets and reporting, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws. A proactive, customer‑facing leader is essential to maximize resident satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in business, property management, or hospitality preferred.
• At least 2 years of property management experience, including team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all daily operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and team supervision.
• Hire, train, coach, and mentor onsite staff.
• Lead rent collection, budget management, and reporting with precision.
• Monitor market trends and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Foster resident satisfaction and retention through proactive service.
