• Oversee community operations: sales, marketing, administration, activities, and maintenance.
• Hire, coach, and develop staff; maintain a high-performance culture.
• Partner with sales/marketing to boost occupancy and awareness.
• Manage the community budget, monitor performance, and act on data-driven insights.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and alignment with company policies.
• Collaborate with Regional Leaders on budgets and initiatives; execute Windward Way.
