Job summary

WORK INCORPORATED is seeking a Lead CBDS Coach to grow from a hands-on DSP role into a leadership position within our Life Skills CBDS program in Boston, MA. You will plan and facilitate groups, support skill development, and coordinate staff schedules to sustain a high-quality community-based day program.

Join a team led by the VP and Director of ASD Services to advance individual goals, advocate for independence, and strengthen collaborative care with families and DDS partners.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Autism, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, and person-centered support practices.
• Ability to build positive relationships and engage individuals in meaningful activities.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules, logistics, and program flow.
• Effective communication with individuals, families, staff, and partners.
• Willingness to take initiative and support day-to-day leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and services to Life Skills CBDS participants.
• Coordinate monthly group calendar, tickets, transportation, and parking.
• Assist with weekly staff schedules and daily operations for CBDS.
• Document accurately and reinforce reporting standards with the team.
• Build partnerships with families, community partners, and DDS personnel.
