The role will develop and execute strategic communication plans to enhance member engagement, strengthen brand presence, and ensure consistent messaging across internal and external channels.

Responsibilities include developing strategies, managing press releases and digital content, collaborating with leadership, crisis planning, and mentoring a team of communications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years in corporate communications with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in financial services or credit unions preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience with digital communication tools and platforms.
• Strong project management with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Compensation for the Lead Communications Specialist Includes:

• Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 depending on experience.
• Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, and Sick Leave as required by law.
