Job summary

Arizona State University seeks a Commissioning Agent II to lead commissioning and retro-commissioning for existing buildings and support new construction on the Tempe campus. The role requires extensive expertise in HVAC systems, controls, and energy performance testing.

You will develop testing scripts, validate designs, conduct TAB procedures, and generate comprehensive turnover and commissioning reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• PE license and/or commissioning certifications preferred (CxA/BCxP/CBCP/CCP).
• Experience with LEED commissioning (Fundamental/Enhanced) and ASHRAE guidelines.

Responsibilities
