The Superintendent will plan, develop and manage schedules in partnership with the project manager, maintain budgets, and site activities. The ideal candidate will coordinate subcontractors and vendors, supervise construction projects from design through project completion, with emphasis on high-end restaurant, retail, office, and hospitality projects.

Minimum five years in commercial site-management is required; candidates with restaurant or retail project experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of five (5) years in a commercial construction site-management role.
• Restaurant or retail project experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and jobsites simultaneously.
• Proactive management of schedules and budgets with stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client and team interactions.
• Ability to lead subcontractors and coordinate with inspectors, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Ability to read and interpret technical construction documents and plans.
