Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a commercial construction site-management role.
• Restaurant or retail project experience is preferred.
• Ability to interface with inspectors, subcontractors, architects, designers, engineers, city officials, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and manage project schedules in partnership with the project manager.
• Maintain project budgets and control costs.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors; manage subcontractor agreements.
