The role requires 4+ years of PV install experience, NEC knowledge, OSHA 10/30, and a Hawaii driver’s license. Strong documentation and quality control are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on solar PV installation experience with commercial projects.
• Ability to lead teams and deliver results with strong safety focus.
• Knowledge of NEC codes and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise installation crews on commercial solar PV projects.
• Perform precise system layouts and manage full project execution.
• Oversee installation of solar racking, PV modules, DC stringing, inverters and wiring.
• Maintain installation quality, document daily reports, testing, and delivery confirmation.
• Train and mentor PV installers on best practices; conduct site safety and quality inspections.
