Innovative Environments, LLC is seeking an experienced Lead Installer of Commercial Signage in Houston, TX. The role supervises the on-site installation crew, ensures safety and quality, and directly handles ADA signage installation. Travel to out-of-state projects may be required as part of the role.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment with cross-department collaboration. The position offers growth opportunities and a hands-on leadership role in sign installation projects

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or GED required.
• Fabrication experience preferred.
• MS Office proficiency expected.
• Experience with jobsite management software is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Supervise on-site installation crew to ensure safety and quality.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, shipping, and clients to align on project status.
• Enter daily End of Install Reports and communicate issues in real time.
• Assist with sign fabrication/assembly and data entry as needed.
