Job summary

Innovative Environments Houston is seeking an experienced Lead Installer of Commercial Signage to supervise the on-site installation crew, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with project teams. The role includes ADA signage installation and occasional travel out of state.

You will review sign packages, estimate time, manage labor and equipment, and communicate updates to PMs and clients through Fieldwire and End of Install Reports.

Qualifications

Must have strong organizational and communication abilities.
Experience coordinating installation crews and projects.
Proficient in MS Office; ability to document and report tasks.
Experience with field data entry and project tracking systems.
Fabrication Experience is a plus.
Jobsite Management Software Experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise installation crew on-site to ensure safety, quality and clear communication with all stakeholders.
Oversee ADA signage installation and coordinate with Project Manager and shipping/field teams.
Enter data into End of Install Report daily and update PMs and clients in real time.
