Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• 2–4 years roofing experience preferred, involving metal roofing, coping, and related materials.
• OSHA 10 certification and valid license or Federal clearance eligibility are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate schedule adjustments to customers and management.
• Guide, mentor, and manage service technicians on assignments and expectations.
• Clean, maintain, and stock assigned work truck.
• Ensure necessary materials are kept stocked in the warehouse.
• Stock and maintain van with necessary materials.
• Organize and schedule with multiple clients and job scopes.
• Communicate updates and status directly with sales and management staff.
• Clock hours for service jobs and ensure crew logs times and jobs in Buildertrend.
• Complete work orders and submit them for payment.
