Responsibilities

• Coordinate with crew, superintendents, and project managers to manage scheduling and scope of work.
• Lead and support crew performance and time tracking.
• Document daily jobsite activity and logs.
• Communicate with customers and subcontractors to keep work progressing smoothly.
• Manage jobsite readiness, materials, and equipment; maintain safety standards.
