Job summary

Nations Roof, LLC in Boise is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Technician / Foreman for our Service Department to survey roofs, diagnose leaks, estimate repairs, and perform warranted fixes on low-slope systems such as EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR and more.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial roofing, strong leadership, excellent communication, and a valid driver’s license. We offer a company vehicle, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Commercial roofing experience with BUR, EPDM, TPO, PVC, coatings, and other low-slope systems.
• Experience leading and training helpers in a small team environment.
• Ability to identify and solve technical roofing issues accurately.
• Strong attention to detail with daily reporting and documentation.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine roof inspections and maintain warranties.
• Diagnose and repair leaks on commercial/industrial roofs.
• Lead and train assigned helper(s) in repair techniques.
• Work on EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, Modified Bitumen and other low-slope roofs.
• Maintain records of labor, materials, and completed work.
• Represent Nations Roof professionally with customers, vendors, coworkers.
• Follow all safety policies and OSHA requirements.
